After a tiring journey, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean rooms with good air conditioning, though the room lacking windows was a downside. However, the inconvenience of having to go up a flight of stairs to reach the gym/sauna area was not ideal.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although spacious and clean, had some cleanliness issues like hairs and a dirty sock from a previous guest. The modern appearance was inviting, but the cleanliness fell short. The location was convenient, near public transportation, but the area surrounding the hotel seemed unsafe with homeless and drug dealers nearby. The dining experience was a delightful surprise with a great variety of high-quality products, yet the area around the hotel lacked nice restaurant options, adding stress to my day. The service was friendly overall, but staff seemed a bit uneasy with requests.
